These terms govern your access, use, and participation in any travel experience organized by The Wandering Fever, including but not limited to bike trips, tempo traveler expeditions, and customized itineraries.
1 Eligibility to Book
You must be 18 years or older to book a trip.
Participants must be physically fit for road travel, trekking, or adventure activities where applicable.
For bike trips, riders must possess a valid driving license and appropriate gear (helmet, jacket, shoes, etc.).
Foreign nationals must carry valid travel documents and visa permits.
2 Booking & Payment
A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment and receipt of confirmation email.
Prices mentioned are per person and may vary based on the package, travel dates, or upgrades.
We accept payments via UPI, bank transfers, and verified payment gateways.
Balance payment (if any) must be cleared before the trip start date.
3 Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by participant:
30+ days before departure: 80% refund
15–30 days: 50% refund
Less than 15 days: No refund
Cancellation by The Wandering Fever (due to weather, government orders, or force majeure):
Full amount will be refunded or transferred to a future trip
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
4 Trip Changes & Delays
Itinerary changes may occur due to weather, roadblocks, political unrest, or unforeseen conditions.
The Wandering Fever is not liable for delays in transportation, permit approvals, or third-party services.
Alternative plans will be made with no additional cost where possible.
5 Health, Safety & Responsibility
You are responsible for disclosing medical conditions or allergies prior to the trip.
We follow strict safety protocols, but traveling involves risks. By joining, you accept full responsibility for your well-being.
Helmets are mandatory for bike riders and pillion passengers.
Misconduct, alcohol abuse, or unsafe behavior may lead to removal from the trip with no refund.
6 Luggage & Belongings
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
You are advised to carry essentials only and avoid high-value items unless necessary.
7 Content Usage & Media Rights
By participating, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
The Wandering Fever reserves the right to use photos/videos for marketing on social media, website, or brochures.
8 Intellectual Property
All content on www.thewanderingfever.com, including trip itineraries, blog posts, photos, and branding, is protected under copyright.
You may not reproduce, copy, or reuse our materials without written consent.
9 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh courts.
